Cool Tools and Features to Explore

Emily HaaseI know free time is not a luxury most of us enjoy. But if you’re already a Concentri® user and you have a few minutes, it’s well worth your time to check out the value-added features that are available to you. Many of these will help you streamline your approach as you establish a strong position in your direct digital marketing.

Here are a few of my favorites:

  • Reporting on Device Details in Email: In today’s mobile environment, it’s important to know how people are viewing the emails you send. Concentri gives you a breakdown of the specific types of devices your email recipients are using to view your content – iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, etc. This information about your audience can provide valuable data as you further develop and enhance your mobile Web presence.
  • Dialog Graphs in SMS Messaging Reporting View the interactions with your keyword programs in dynamic, easy-to-read graphs in Concentri’s Mobile Reporting.
  • Mobile Templates in Templates Need your message to look great on a mobile device? Now you can create a new template as you normally would, but choose “Mobile” as your type. You can create an optimized mobile version of your template, including adding CSS optimized for iPhone and Droid devices. Very cool.
  • Email AB testing Take the guesswork out of your sends and streamline your AB testing. Simply design your test, tell Concentri what sample size of what mailing list to use, and watch as your AB test comes to life.
  • Manage Friendly Users on the Profile Tab Build out different lists of friendly users to whom you would want to send an email. Remember, friendly users’ activity is not included in reporting, so have no fear about your numbers being artificially inflated!
  • Share In the WYSIYWG editor, the drop down on the far right contains links you can use to let users share your content on Facebook or LinkedIn.
  • Modify your editing experience: When editing and tweaking things, Concentri can work the way you prefer. You can turn the WYSIWYG editor on or off in the properties of a content module. If you’re a code purest, you may want to turn it off. If you prefer not to write code, you may want to leave it on. Either way, the choice is up to you.

There are plenty more amazing things Concentri can do. Let us know your favorites. And if you have any questions about Concentri, be sure to contact us. We’re here to help.
