Summer Knotice Press Roundup

Casey BartoLabor Day is quickly approaching, and that means summer is coming to an end. A lot has happened since my last press round up at the beginning of summer, so I thought I’d take some time to get everyone up to speed on what is happening here at Knotice.
Since my last update, Knotice announced new customers and unveiled a new software release, and more.

Press coverage ranged from an array of contributed pieces by Knotice’s experts to success stories and expert insight on a wide variety of direct digital marketing topics.

Internet Retailer’s Zak Stambor wrote an excellent piece on Knotice’s latest software release. Zak spoke with Knotice CEO Brian Deagan about Concentri’s latest features.

Adotas’s Gavin Dunaway also provided great coverage of the newest Concentri release.

1to1 Media writer Kaitlin O’Brien featured Knotice customer Charter Communications’ successful implementation of a complete mobile strategy in her piece Charter Embraces Customers’ Demand for Mobile. Kaitlin highlighted how Charter is using the mobile channel to connect with their customers, and noted the value it brings to customers.

In preparation for the upcoming holiday season, frequent Lunch Pail contributor and mobile marketing expert, Bryce Marshall, penned a piece for Retail Customer Experience outlining ways retailers can take advantage of the mobile Web now and for the holidays. Bryce notes that the mobile Web fills the gap between the online and physical store and allows consumers to unlock the power to interact with, find, or demand the content they want at exactly the time and place they want it.

Bryce was also a featured speaker at Mobile Marketer’s Holiday Mobile Marketing Summit. Bryce provided valuable insight into how marketers can make the most out of mobile this holiday season. For example, Bryce noted that consumers using mobile are looking for different information in different ways. Mobile users want small bits of actionable and useful information, like coupons and contact information.

If you missed any of the happenings recently, you can catch up here. September is shaping up to be another busy month here at Knotice. Bryce and Brian will be attending (and Knotice will be exhibiting) the Shop.org Annual Summit Sept. 27-29, and Bryce will be providing expert advice on how to create a customer-friendly mobile website at the Doctor Is In: One-on-One Website Critiques. Be sure to stop by booth 615 and say hello! Sign up here for a “Doctor Is In” session with Bryce.

Stay tuned for exciting upcoming announcements as well!
