Spring Knotice Press Roundup

Casey BartoAs regular readers of The Lunch Pail know, every so often we like to take some time to update you on what has been happening here at Knotice. Now that July is upon us and the second quarter of the year has come to an end, it is time again for an update.
It has been a busy spring here at Knotice. We announced new customers and received recognition for our work.

Press coverage ranged from a variety of contributed articles from Lunch Pail authors, to success stories, to expert insight on a wide range of direct digital marketing topics.

The Lunch Pail authors have contributed to a variety of different publications on a wide array of topics. Knotice CEO Brian Deagan wrote a piece for Online Strategies magazine outlining how retailers can use a universal profile management system to power onsite targeting. Brian highlights how a universal profile management system is used to leverage what is learned about an individual to create a better user experience on the Web and a conversion for the marketer. In many ways, Brian notes, a universal profile management system is the missing piece marketers are searching for to achieve effective and efficient customer-centric marketing.

Mobile Marketer writer Dan Butcher and Internet Retailer editor Bill Siwicki both penned excellent articles highlighting Knotice customer Crocs’ instant savings mobile coupon campaign. Dan spoke with Jay Custard, Global Online Marketing Director at Crocs, and wrote a case study on the campaign.

Bill spoke with Bryce Marshall, Knotice’s Director of Strategic Services, and wrote an article on the effectiveness of SMS campaigns and Crocs’ strategy for the campaign.

BtoB Online writer Karen J. Bannan interviewed Bryce about email marketing list hygiene tips. Karen spoke with Bryce about four often overlooked list hygiene tips marketers need to incorporate into their existing best practices.
